    Customer service was fantastic. Although the product was okay. Bought two. One works great the other has had a screen defect since we pulled it out of the box. Obviously there are lemons in the production of any product.

    Purchased for my 10 year old son instead of buying him a cellphone. He can still text us with the iPad, play his games, and watch shows. Nice option to extend not getting him a phone for a couple more years.
