    I like the iPad very much but not very happy with Apple right now. I had to take my less than one year old iPad in for service as it just stopped and went black screen. Apple couldn’t fix it so they charged me another $249.99 to replace a one year old iPad that was still under warranty! Needless to say I am not satisfied with Apple!

    The product has great value, the service was lacking. For the money, getting the newest base model iPad for my needs (travel where a laptop is way too big and too much of a risk if it were damaged), the iPad is great! I got a good accessory keyboard and it allows me to write, watch movies, etc.
