This is a big improvement over our 8 year old ipad. It is faster, brighter and of course has the new battery. The old pad still worked, but this one has the traditional headphone jack, and we wanted to replace our old ipad while one with a headphone jack was still available.

Overall, this IPad was an excellent investment. Its performance, display quality, design and price was the best choice, I am really happy.

It's an apple, what more do you need to say. Great quality and design. A little time is needed to understand operations and icons, helps to have a younger generation person to help set it up and walk you through its operations.

Best Buy in Oswego is one on a short list of stores whose products that I buy are of high quality, and work great without any problems; this iPad lives up to that. What I really like about buying expensive gadgets from a well-known retail store like Best Buy is the 100% confidence that the products are indeed new, and no shady business is invovled such as getting a used product repackaged as new... or from some unknown 3rd party e-commerce company fufilling orders for online retailers delivering slightly different products vs in-store purchases. Ex: I ordered an Apple charger from Walgreens because it could be delivered in 2 hours... but I noticed it was made in India, instead of China like all the official Apple chargers at walk-in stores. (Made in India official Apple branded chargers are well known to overheat, and die prematurely.) I drove to the actual store the following day to exchange it for a Made in China charger. That stuff never happens at a retail store like Best Buy. The battery life is a little disappointing... but no fault of Best Buy's. Also, it might need time to work itself out... as can occur on any new mobile device.

I waa trying to get a hold on this Ipad for for a while. I believe it is the best option out there for performance/ price / quality ratio. Handles all the apps I throw at it. Battery life is very impressive. And screen resolution is more than satisfactory. Sure, there are better and faster models but for my needs, this Ipad delivers and then some. Best Buy delivered the ipad extremely fast. Thank you Best Buy.

I’ve always loved the iPad. I’ve had several iPad minis. This iPad was on sale and I was due for an upgrade so I couldn’t pass it up. The screen is larger. The display is very vibrant. The speed seems to be pretty good. It’s taking little bit to get used to. Heavier than the mini, but just as good if not a little better. Being compatible with the Apple Pencil and Smart Keyboard is a plus. Overall I love it. A Larger screen means a lot more to see and much easier to view.

Very stylish and easy to use. Also very light weight. Great battery life as well. Only thing I would suggest is that to buy a good case for it.

It’s an iPad and it works fine for my basic use. Not doing anything fancy so I didn’t need anything fancy with all the bells and whistles. Didn’t need all the latest tech. Syncs up fine with my iCloud and other devices. Video plays well, connects easily to WiFi and everything else. Holds charge well. It was the least expensive iPad I could find that was still recent enough to last me several years. Well worth the price!

This is a great addition to our devices. Its sleek and elegant with the retina features. Its the right size and we use it in the kitchen for recipes, streaming on netflix, take it on travel. Our older ipad (like 10 years old) is no longer usable. So this is a great upgrade at a very good price. No regrets

I absolutely LOVE this item. It processes very fast, and is so easy to use for first time Apple users. The battery life outlasts all my other tablets (non apple).

Great display. Good colors. Very good speed. The only problem is that the Facebook app does not accept login credentials. I was unable to login to Facebook using the app, so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Same result: no access. Then, I logged into Facebook from the web with no problem whatsoever. It took over a day to research how to make the Facebook app work on this device, and it starts with logging into Facebook from another device, adding a phone number to your account and then logging into Facebook on this device using your phone number instead of email address. What a headached. Other than that, no real concerns.

I got it for my son who loves the upgrade from the iPad Air 2. The space is much higher, the screen is bigger and the display is good for him. Price is worth it.

I love my iPad! I am a professional photographer. I connect my camera to an app on my iPad when I’m doing portrait photography. Having a larger screen to view the photos I take helps me see detail I may have not noticed by just looking at the back of my camera. It also helps my clients see the photos immediately so I can point out what we need to change or do differently. In addition, I use my iPad on plane trips watching movies, playing games or searching the web.

So much better than looking at a phone screen while lounging in my recliner. Also a great backup for iCloud keychain if you ever jump ship back to android. Battery life is great. I would recommend this to anyone that feels as though it’s not worth buying because it is essentially an iPhone but bigger. The bigger screen is worth it alone.
