    Jphnny our sales associate was very helpful in making our purchase in replacing our 10 year old tablet. He covered all the newer fetures and protection we didn;t have on our old tablet. He was great.

    I am very satisfied with my new iPad, but most of all all the people that I dealt with were so personable, understanding, and genuinely smiled and helped in many small and big ways. The quality of the product and Best Buys’ reputation is why I thought of going there; BUT, I will want to return because of the employees at the location in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.

    My son is so happy. Staff was very helpful at Best buy. He broke his previous iPad on accident and they directed us in the right direction with buying a new one. The replacement screen was the same cost as a brand new iPad.
