He was reluctant until daughter and son-in-law used reward program where he earned stick on gems on calendar for using potty with ultimate reward being this IPad which they could program with games that would help with learning math, reading, etc

The only downside is the battery life which doesn't seem as good as previous iPads, even with the screen brightness turned down.
