This is my first Apple product purchase. While I'm coming from the Android world, learning how to navigate through the ipad has been pretty easy. It functions very well but I don't like that there is no plug in for ear buds and it will not connect to my wireless ear buds. I get that they want to force you to use their products but prefer to make my own decision on what I want to buy.

I purchased the the 9th generation iPad and traded in my 5th generation. Best decision I could have made. The display is crisper and the processor is lightning quick. I would recommend this device to anyone looking for a tablet.

Product worked well. Battery life is better than expected for pre owned item.

It's been great so far. I just upgraded my 4 year old iPad and so far this one is working great. It's a lot faster and the screen looks nicer.

So far I'm loving my new ipad. I've had it for over a week and downloaded all the tv and movie apps. Running great! I also made a shortcut for a couple meditation mp3's that I airdropped to it. So that was new to me... creating shortcuts on the home screen so I press it and it plays the file. Pretty darn cool. I had been using my 3rd gen ipad and it was getting so frustrating... I could basically only use safari. It feels so good now to have an easy way to access everything,

An iPad newbie picked up a second one for a friend after using the first of this kind to determine the older iPad he's been using is an iPad Air model of late 2013-early 2014. As it turns out, he's been using that old iPad without knowing much about how to use it, so I'm trying to teach him iOS 15.6 as I'm learning from Rich Bowlin at YouTube University. I avoid Bluetooth, but iOS is so much easier to use that I'm happy with this iPad! Just have to remember the touchscreen finger swipe techniques among other things to teach on my visits to assisted living.

Durable and easy to use. Got it for a gift and they have no big complaints so far.

We do not keep up with updates and latest releases but just so happened into Best Buy to purchase a new iPad for my husband - on the day prior to the new release of the 10.2-inch model. We got so much more than we bargained for with the amazing new iPad but with great customer service - a young man who really listened to our needs and pointed us to make a purchase that was far more value and a lot less money than we had intended to spend that day! The iPad was shipped to our home the next day - day of release!!

I love this iPad. It is very stylish, fast and functional. And the battery life is much improved over the iPad Air 2 that I used before purchasing this model.
