I love how quickly they were able to get it to me. It came a whole two days earlier was a gift for my wife since her old iPad was not working the way it was supposed to and it just was so perfect. Worked perfectly looks good ship and great packaging. Recommend ordering from Best Buy. Not to mention I saved over 150 bucks on it between the promotion and gift cards I had.

The entry-level iPad works great for use-case of casual web browsing, media consumption in flights, and FaceTime calls. No need to go for a premium iPad if the use-case is everyday casual use

This iPad was purchased for my mother in law as a replacement for a Galaxy tab. I was concerned about a learning curve for her as she’s not great with new tech. I’ve owned several iPads over the years and have 5th and 8th generation ones, so I was confident she would be able to learn. What surprised me was her ability to pick up use of this latest iPad as quickly as she did, since she switched from being a long time Android tablet user. I would highly recommend this to anyone, even if they’re not tech savvy!!!

I had an older iPad and it was getting slow so I traded it in for the 9th gen what a difference. I am a heavy iPad user and the price point on this fit my budget. It works flawlessly and does what I need it to do. In the future I could see me doing everything I need to on a IPAD Pro and eliminating my desktop.

I love it. The size is perfect. I have two bigger iPads, but this one fits in my bag. It’s not big and bulky. It goes where I go!

I've had a few Apple iPads along the way that last many years. Unfortunately my old one gave up the ghost. When I bought his one I was shocked at how fast this one was. Super fast startup and all of my apps run very smoothly. Well worth the money!

As expected, I’m very happy with this iPad. I appreciate the larger size and memory capacity that it has. I was also happy with the Best-Buy trade in on my old Gen 5 iPad.
