Really good experience. Needed a last minute gift for Christmas, was able to navigate the website easily to find what I needed. I selected the option to pick up in store and the customer service was amazing from the moment I walked into the store. Item was ready within an hour of purchase. Will definitely buy more from Best Buy instead of Amazon.

Purchased this IPad for my 10 year old grandson! He loves it! Perfect for home, travel, and easy to navigate! I highly recommend this lightweight iPad and I would definitely purchase it again!

So far so good - great iPad. I haven’t finished setting it up yet but so far, it will work for my needs. Thinner and lighter than my first iPad, and the price is pretty good. Some trouble being able to order in store but after putting notification online to let me know when stock was refilled, I ordered and received within 2 weeks.

This just saved me $6-800 as i use it now as my notetaker and organizer for work. And it does a whole lot more than some other products, i.e. Supernote/Remarkable. I can attend a webex/Zoom/Teams, split my screen & take notes at the same time. And if you know which to look for there are some great free note-taking apps in the App store.
