Very happy with this 9th generation iPad as an upgrade on a decade old mini iPad that ceased to be useable on a number of platforms. The synching of info from the backup and the current iPhone was complete and smooth. I didn't need the latest and greatest model, so the price was right on this one. I have been very pleased with the speed, the resolution, and the fingerprint ID access.

The new iPads are working great! Our high schoolers, and one college freshman are delighted. The freshman particularly as her note taking requirements are at a whole new level, and this is just what she was hoping for. Thanks for making this such an easy purchase…great help all the way. So far it has been great! I wanted a device that had multipurpose use and this has fulfilled what I was looking for. I can use it to take notes at work and watch movies on long commutes, and my son loves being able to use it to draw, especially when we are on long road trips.

The condition and functionality of this iPad is awesome…Looks and performs like brand new…Price was far, the purchase and delivery was great…Zero complaints, Best Buy’s techs do great work…tg

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my 80 year old parents. The set up was easy since my mom has an iPhone. So far it has been easy for her to use. My Dad is an invalid and this iPad allows them so many options for various things such as games, watching church on YouTube, FaceTiming with family, making demonstration videos for those who care for my dad and kindle for my mom!! So far, it’s been great!

This is my first iPad & I’m so glad I finally got one. I love being able to bring it anywhere including work. I’ve had iPhone for years but never an iPad or their computers. Now I know when I need to get a new computer I’ll be getting an apple one. I would also recommend getting the Logitech cover that comes a keyword.

The I pad itself is great, but the purchase process was less than ideal. The sales associate was great and advised us we could trade in my husband's old device. So far, so good. When we came to pick up the new I pad, the young lady at the desk completely wiped the old one before anything else. We didn't have an opportunity to transfer the data! When we advised her of this fact she said, not a problem, everything is backed up to the cloud. She entered his cell number to get a code for the cloud, but he rarely carries his phone so it was on me to try to retrieve everything at home. Even the manager came over to try to help, with no success. Well, guess what? Nothing was backed up!! I had to reenter all contacts. Some of my husbands emails he had archived were not retrievable, and all of his games and scores were LOST. Not a happy camper. But the worst part of the experience is the young lady who caused all the problem didn't seem to care!

Gret product.would highly recommend this product. Very easy to use.
