This model of iPad was on sale, and, needing a replacement for my old iPad mini, I picked it up. Activation was easy, and I was able to use my iPhone to complete most of the process. Best Buy staff were helpful and made sure I didn’t leave with any unanswered questions. I also traded in several pieces of tech (old AirPods Pro and my old iPad). That process was also easy and I got a decent value for my old tech.

Bought this for my teen for her birthday to upgrade her old one and she’s very happy with it. Weighed the pros and cons of purchasing this over the iPad Air which is almost double the cost of this current generation one. For the purposes she uses it for, google, YouTube and random videos, this one was the best, economical choice. If we needed more processing speed we may have went with the Air. Overall very happy with our decision and love the iPad!

Item is functioning exceptionally well for being an older model. Zero issues. The processes was great, as the wait line was backed up due to high volume of online purchases. Talked with the employees, got bumped up and a manger personally went and got my device, and stayed to make sure I got any other assistance I needed.

This is the best bang for the buck for any Apple product. Good features, but obviously not the best that the more premium iPads offer. But for the money, it offers a lot. For general browsing and entertainment this tablet is a no brained. I’ve used Amazon and Samsung tablets in the past, because they were cheaper. But their performance and speed lags way behind this entry level iPad by a long shot. With all the money I’ve spent on cheaper tablets, I know now I should’ve just got this from the start.

I was on the fence between this and the Kindle Fire 10. I decided to stay in the Apple ecosystem and pay a little more for this model iPad. My requirements were fairly basic. I wanted to be able to read email, watch Youtube, and stream some other video from various apps. This met the requirement and also lets me play some casual games, read books, and listen to audio books and podcasts. I am very happy with this purchase.
