Great iPad, too bad Best Buy screwed it up multiple times when purchasing without any customer service. Best advice, buy from apple direct, better customer service than Best Buy.

Nice performance and screen for basic apps like GameChanger, shopping and surfing the web. I am choosing to not store any photos because of the limited 64 G of storage. Easier on the eyes than a cell phone (obviously)

Purchased for my granddaughter. She laid her ipad on the steps at her house. As she was going down the steps after a while, she forgot she laid the ipad on the steps. The obvious happened, she stepped down on it and it was broken badly. Screen was cracked, everything black. Could not charge or anything. I didn’t have too, but seeing the look on her face, my heart went out to her and of course I decided to get her another one. We had a conversation about responsibility and the fact that grandma would not purchase another one due to carelessness. Moral of the story. She loves her new ipad and was very thankful that grandma made her day! Thank you.

I absolutely love my iPad. It’s so convenient it’s the perfect size it performs flawlessly. Apple makes the best products I could never use anything else. I have everything. iPhone, Apple Watch AirPods, three HomePod minis. I absolutely love being part of the Apple world.

I’ve had my iPad for just over a year and it’s great! I can read books, do some digital art, play games, and entertain my kids in a pinch. I’ll be looking at getting a newer model soon, but this one has done its job.

I am 76 yrs old and have lots of trouble trying to set up smart phones, smart TV's, smart computers, and everything else that's smarter than me. ( kids buy all this smart stuff) BUT I love my new Apple iPad the set up instructions were very easy for me (no help from the kids) I did this myself

This is my second iPad for my Mom, fast since she only uses a few apps and never store any files. She just loves to watch streaming videos and very handy.
