    There needs to be an easier way to force restart or update/recover/restore. Especially if it id stuck on a cannot recover screen. An option to literately plug in your ipad ancmd log into your apple account on mine via a laptop. Software issue came up in March 2026, apple care expired December 2025. How convenient

    This was an awesome buy for this Ipad. I could not be happier with my recent purchase!! I had been needing an Ipad for some time and was just reluctant to spend the high price that they seemed to stay at. But BEST BUY had this tremendous offer and it was perfect for me and what I needed.

    Bought this as a replacement and upgrade for an older iPad. This one is great! Same look but smoother feel. I know it is not the newest generation but for the price this was well worth it. We may buy another one to prevent arguments from the teens over who gets to use this one.

    I use the iPad in my hair salon business. The device pairs perfectly with our hair-color measuring scales and is easy to use. I am currently in the process of purchasing one more for our front desk kiosk!     I ordered this the week before Christmas and it arrived within a few days. Set up was simple with easy to follow instructions on screen. By bringing her IPhone close to the IPad, my teen was able to share all her apps and data to the IPad in a few minutes. My teen is very happy with her new IPad which she uses mainly for watching videos and creating artwork.

    Perfect gift for twin 5 year old children. As per the norm with Apple products, these are excellent quality IPADs and are more than capable for any one young or old with excellent WI-FI and nice quality graphics. Fort he right price too. Bought the two cases to go with it as well.
