    First time best buy electronic buyer of Apple iPad. Very good customer service from manager down to salesman. Went to Geek Squad and they set up the iPad to my specific needs. Explain the features of the unit to an untechhy person and I am now working the unit and understanding

    Love this so much to create things on. Procreate is my go-to app. THe display is great and allows me to make very detailed pictures. I got a paper feel protector to go over the top and it really makes it feel like I am drawing on paper.

    Bought this iPad to replace two 10-12 year-old models (low battery life, painfully slow loading pages in Safari). Setup was super simple -- it used my iPhone to pull all of the settings and apps that were backed up on my iCloud account. Apple products always work great!

    Great device to have when you are always on the go. I recommend buying a keyboard for it if you have to do a lot of typing. I take it everywhere with me instead of my laptop nowadays.

    My iPad was received , as promised, one day after ordering. It was packaged appropriately and arrived in great condition. iPad is performing as expected! I also received a $35 gift card from Best Buy when I brought my old, reset iPad to their store! Very good customer service.

    I know it's the entry level Ipad, but I still love it. Very responsive, nice display, nice sound, adequate storage for my needs. Beats my cruddy old Android tablet by a mile. Incidentally, if you say "Hey Siri,get me some more coffee," he gives you directions to Starbucks. Maybe the next one will magically refill my mug.
