This iPad is great! My child absolutely loves this iPad. Being the base model doesn’t mean it is bad! This does everything that we need at a budget IPad price and Best Buy made it so easy and I got Total Tech to back us up!

Over all I love these iPads I had bought 3 for my 16 year old 12 year old and 11 year old they love them! And price was good! I’ve had no issues at all with them!

My old iPad was needing to be replaced and I chose the 9th generation iPad at Best Buy. The new iPad works great and I am very happy to have purchased it. I purchased the new iPad online and it was quick and easy to do. I picked up the new iPad a few days later at my local Best Buy store. I was in and out of the store in no time.

It’s Apple, what else to say. Plenty of storage space and easy to use. Got these for my 8 and 7 year olds. They’ll probably take them apart and the rule the world one day. Enjoy!

Bought this for my granddaughter for her 8 th birthday, so she could keep in contact with us while we are in Florida. We absolutely love it we feel like we are still apart if her life even though we are away. Such a great tool to stay connected!

Great product, with an even better price, this was an absolute great buy. My 12yr old son was even amazed on what I paid for such a new iPad. Love it, we use it to watch movies on long distance drives.

Was wanting to upgrade for the iPad 10 gen but was short of budget. Best Buy had a great price on the 9th gen for Black Friday, so took advantage of it. Gen 9 is definitely a step forward on Gen 8.

Perfect for middle schoolers . I’m so pleased with the graphics and slim design I even bought 2 of them.

I like my new Ipad. I especially like the front and back camera and thow fast it is. The one thing I don't like is the tiny connection and short cord to recharge it. It is so small it makes it hard to plug in.

Works great charges quick. And it’s strong despite the fact that I already dropped it it did not crack

I love the iPad, but the customer service I received at the Greenville Nc location has made me want to never return to Best Buy for anything. I bought this iPad for myself for my birthday. I went back the next day just to swap out the keypad cause it seemed to be a little heavy. I had my receipt all I wanted was to exchange for a pen and a less heavy cover. The manager told me no and if I returned it she would not sell it back to me for the price I paid. She was so nasty to me for no reason. It made me cry and I will never go back and I will forever tell this story.

This is a great, modern iPad. I think It's the second newest. It connects flawlessly with my other Apple products and allows me to bring my sheet music library everywhere.

At this price, it's hard to beat the experience and performance of this device, which can be used as a light laptop replacement. Even as a consumption device, its more than enough for a lot of people, just have some headphones handy. Speaker may sound a little low in volume.
