    Excellent and got at great price!! The device has great battery life and screen resolution. This is a great upgrade from my old iPad mini I bought years ago when the minis first came out. I also the pencil to go with it.

    Got exactly what I paid for. No issues so far as expected. I don't need the features of the pro so this is the best option for me and it delivers with the low price I got it for.

    If you want a tablet to do basic things like apps and web browsing, etc., this is the tablet for you. Normally, I would have gone for something more expensive or newer. However, I have found that there is nothing wrong with this option. Apple still does a good job with its cheaper products.

    We got this for our children to use while traveling. It works better than the kids tablets they had. No complaints. Battery lasts long enough for 7 hour road trip.

    My better half needed a new Ipad and there was no better time than Christmas to purchase a new 10.2 inch ipad (latest model). The price was right and it arrived at the right time. Needless to say, she is very pleased with the new ipad.

    Brought it mostly for facetime and it has worked very well. Also use it for sirusXM play and that works very well. My last pad was a Samsung and it would not work with my iPhone. Have been with y'all for about twenty years or more and love the service i get. Thanks again.

    This IPAD model is a big improvement over our previous one. Set up was so easy…everything from our old was backed up in cloud. Best buy staff were helpful and very profesional.
