    Old design but completely refined. Personally I upgraded from an iPad Air 2 and do not see the non laminated screen as a negative or noticeable attribute. Great iPad, very happy with it and with the deal BestBuy provided on it.

    I replaced my husband's 4 yr. old I-pad with this and he is having no trouble using this newer one. It was real easy to transfer all of his data.

    I was needing to find a solution to my studying habits. I almost got a kindle or some android tablet but this was a great deal. I am able to prioritize my health as I can read articles and do homework more ergonomically than my traditional laptop.

    Traded up from an iPad Air 2 to this 9th generation iPad during a Best Buy sales event. Great deal. Same Apple quality, but much faster performance. This is my "go-to" device!

    2nd one we bought. A year ago we bought my wife’s mother a tablet. She just couldn’t easily use it. The I pad she can and if she has questions she can call and we can help her
