    This is a great pad. I just hate to utilize Best Buy. If they can be rude and/or screw something up….they will.

    My wife has been declining getting her a iPad for the longest and it works great for her needs. I can’t wait to see what projects or digital work she comes out with.

    My old ipad was 8 years old so I needed a new one. This was a great price. As always the staff at Best Buy helped with setting it up and transferring from old to new. The new ipad is all I want and need.

    I purchased an IPad on Best Buy.com on 12/19, right before Christmas. It said it would be here 12/22 & it did come that day! I couldn’t find the newer iPad anywhere but Best Buy had them online. This has restored my faith in BB. The iPad is excellent of course. That’s obvious.

    I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 8 year old son as a Roblox and Netflix decive. It's fits the bill perfectly and for $250 you really cannot go wrong.

    works as expected, I don't get the fuss about getting everything top of the line, this works just as good for a quarter of the price of the ipad pro. 10/10

    iPad 10th Gen is obviously better but that comes with the huge price bump. For most of the general audience, this iPad 9th Gen is more than enough for daily stuffs like web surfing, check emails, watch videos and read books.

    Excellent iPad! The most affordable, and really, does all you need. Artists or other professionals might want more. But with our iCloud account, I just bought the smallest memory possible, and no cell antenna. Everyone loves this.

    I like the new iPad I just bought. My other one was nearly 20 years old. Activating the new one was a snap. Service at Best Buy was seamless. Ordered online and picked up in the morning. Easy Peasy….
