the apple ipad is very good. it is newer and faster than our previous one. it is slightly a pain to set up and not interact with your cell in ways you prefer not too. Plus the cloud interaction is a bit of a pain, but the product is still very useful.

I am really enjoying this iPad. Primary use is for streaming, games, and surfing the web, and it performs all of these very well. I would always recommend using a case for an item like this.

I upgraded from an old iPad that we bought over 15 years ago that would not go beyond iOS 12. Apple has a cool utility that lets you transfer all of your stuff from an older iPad to a new one, so setting up the new iPad was fast and simple! Love it!

Anytime I need an electronic device. Best Buy is my place. I’ve been shopping with them since the early 90’s. The customer service is always professional and pleasant I order online for pickup and my order is ready on time. There was one hiccup, not sure why. I purchased this iPad online and my order was cancel without explanation on what happened. Seeing that the sale was almost over. I used the same card in the store and it went through with no problem. So please fix whatever credit card glitch you may have. But, overall this was the perfect gift. My grand baby love it.
