    I love my new iPad, easy setup and transfer. Has a few new features and love the light weight. Great customer service and loved the trade-in feature. Will definitely buy from Best Buy again. Always satisfied with customer service and product quality.

    From the beginning chat with Clark, to delivery of the iPad, I could not have asked for better service from Best Buy. Definitely received great customer service which is so lacking in many places these days. The iPad I ordered replaces an older iPad that would no longer update, it seems to meet my needs.

    Good Graphics - reasonable value - Needs instructions in box. If this is your only computer, you are stuck with no instructions.

    This was bought for my daughter who wanted some platform to do digital art. She had used other drawing pads but prefered the Ipads display and interface. It is a great starter devive for doing digital art.

    I bought this for my 9 year old Granddaughter. She loves it and she takes very good care of it because as she says it is for big girls like her. She has had a kids fire tablet since she was 2 so she has earned this upgrade.
