I bought this iPad for my granddaughter for Christmas present. She loves it and it is very sturdy and I appreciate the price.

I love the iPad. I actually brought this for my granddaughter for Christmas but I have one myself.It keeps you from tryomg to watch movies and looking at a small iPhone.

I bought iPad 9 generation from Best Buy delivery was good but when I unboxed no iPad in the box just one bottle water that’s it.The packing stolen the iPad so I contacted customer service they didn’t care about it and no refund nothing. No purchase from Best Buy anymore,I feel very bad,I recommend all customers be sure befor punches.

I purchased a new iPad, and I received a bubble-lined envelop today -- red flag already. Once I took it out of the envelope, the box was majorly dented around three edges. Upon opening the box to check the iPad, there were micro scratches and a nick on the screen. I paid full price for a NEW product, but I received one that was in "FAIR" condition. This is ridiculous, and it was a waste of my time and money. I learned my lesson, and I will be buying from the Apple store themself next time.

I ordered this on a monday and it arrived the next day. Well the shipping box had a big hole in it. So I called BB and spike with an agent who pricessed an exchange. After 4 days and I didnt rcv an email ir tbe new item, I decided to contact bb using a live agent chat and I was told that someone cancelled rhe order and there was now no way ro “exchange” or retirn and now I had ro go to a store yo return/exchange. What went wrong BB?? I decided im returning it ans not purchasinv another one bwcUse im so angry!

At the beginning I was nervous buying my IPad from here, but I have to admit that it was a great experience, I can track the status of my package, also they gave me some gift and the iPad arrived in perfect status

I bought these for my 3 year old grandson and my 5 year old granddaughter for Christmas. They both love them. Their mother sent me a picture last night saying money well spent! I highly recommend these IPads.

I have an iPad sixth generation I use an iPad the way most people use their phone and computer, all the time. I wanted to keep the headphone jack as long as possible. This is the last iPad with headphone jack. I looked at the iPad 9 with 64 GB. 64 is not very much if you’re using heavy apps or to store a lot of movies. at about $200 it’s easily the best iPad for the money you could get on sale. my iPad six is excellent and still works great so I’m not sure if I’ll keep this one however the iPad six is from 2018 the iPad nine from 2021. The iPad nine chip is the A13 versus the A10 of the iPad six. The iPad nine is slightly bigger and supposedly a better front camera. Other than that they are almost identical but the new chip I am hoping will keep the iPad running smoothly for several years. I’m not sure but the iPad 6 may be a little sluggish as I have used it a lot for 5-6 years. For me as a musician I love having the headphone jack. if you never had an iPad and you can get the 9 on sale It’s a great iPad and will probably run smoothly for another 5 to 6 years. Neither of these iPads will die after 5 to 6 years, they just might lag a bit. so I bought the iPad 9 to somewhat Future-proof for the iPad 6. I went for a monthly AppleCare, but If you’re paying for AppleCare and a deductible for an incident, it may not be worth it. It does have the chip that allows me to run logic pro on the iPad. That’s pretty cool, but due to the 64 gig I can’t download a lot of plugins and I never liked recording on iPads. But logic works on this iPad and I will use it. So, if you want to prolong having a headphone jack and have a good all-around iPad for 3 to 4 years to come, This is a great iPad, if you can afford the 256 GB go for it. If you never owned an iPad and this is on sale for 64 GB it’s a great iPad and not just a starter. The resolution is great. The screen is slightly bigger than a standard iPad. The speakers are not much different than the iPad six but fairly loud and usable. I do a lot of shopping, communicating, research, watching (streaming, YT) and create and edit video and documents. You can always off load videos to a PC or USB. If you want to upgrade your iPad and you don’t care about the headphone jack, then you might want to look at the most recent iPads, but they are significantly more expensive. This is a brand new iPad so the battery and chip are new, which makes a difference to longevity. I’ve never seen an iPad go for $200 new so if you see it around this price it’s a great iPad.

This is a very nice iPad with robust power that's easy to use! As I signed into it the first time, I noticed how easy it was to set everything up over my older device. Since I had access to my iPhone, it allowed me to transfer all of my iCloud stuff onto the new iPad. This alone saved me hours of setup since my passwords, pictures, music, and other settings quickly and effortlessly transferred onto this iPad automatically. The screen is much brighter and larger, and the text on the screen appeared bigger. Since its new, of course its slippery. So I immediately ordered a folio case to protect it. The battery lasts a very long time, and it charges easy and quickly. The design is unmistakably iPad however its so much more ergonomic than the previous generations, Since all of my stuff was transferred over, all I had to do was to start using the new one immediately. And trust me, I use this everyday! So, overall, I am very satisfied with my new iPad due to the larger screen size, more speed, larger storage, and just plain ol nicer overall look and appearance.

The worst buy from Best Buy. I purchased two IPads ,both IPads came in and had writing on the boxes in a black magic marker. The Ipads were supposed to be a present. Now I have two IPads that I will be embarrassed to gift due to the writing in the box. Why would there be writing on the box?? These were not refurbished IPads and Best Buy will not exchange them. I paid for new products not for damage caused by one of their employees. Very upset and disappointed. Will not be purchasing anything in the future from this company. Also I called the customer service and asked to speak with a manager and I was told that he was preoccupied and would not get on the phone even though I said that I can wait.

Works great and as expected! Works with my apple pen 1st gen. Pretty satisfied.
