I thought long and hard about which iPad to get. I wanted one that would allow me to draw and annotate with the Apple Pencil. I also wanted one that could use a keyboard to make it a laptop replacement. Lastly, not being sure how much I would use it, I didn't want to spend $700+ to get one with all the accessories. Needless to say, I am not disappointed with this. In fact, it has exceeded my expectations. I liked the form factor of the newer iPad 10, but it required a dongle to charge and sync the Pencil. I also needed the camera on the top for an app I use. I liked the features of the iPad Air, but it was very expensive, and the add-on keyboards were likewise. Therefore, I decided on the entry-level iPad and was able to get a refurbished Apple keyboard and new Apple Pencil for collectively a great price. It does everything I need very quickly, and I actually prefer the button on the front for when I need to wake it up to type something on the keyboard. I can easily do it one-handed. I am happy with my new device, and it didn't break the bank.

Great iPad! Good speed. Good screen size! Very portable! Highly recommend! My kids live it and use it with ease! Great for traveling! External keyboard works great for my work documents when needed! Best Buy was very helpful! I would buy this product again!

definitely recommend this iPad. It’s not too heavy. The screen is very crisp. The battery life last a very long time. no real complaints if I had to list one, the charging port is lightning instead of USB-C

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my wife. The price we paid was very reasonable. She is very happy with the fast response time and the length of time the battery lasts. She uses the IPad most everyday and only has to recharge once at night. We replaced a 2nd gen IPad and the new one is a vast improvement. The quality of Apple products is vastly ahead of other manufacturers.

I bought this for my elderly father (84) and he was able to set it up himself! He has had iPads for years and it was time for an upgrade. It was a better alternative for him then the latest and greatest because it costs much less ($270 Black Friday 2022) and since his old iPad was 4 years old this one was a big improvement in speed display and battery life as well as weight.

It's an iPad. They're all kinda the same in terms of quality and ease of use. Screen looks good in any light condition. Good Wifi 5 and bluetooth connectivity. Battery life is really good in all but the brightest of screen setting. I recommend getting a case with a screen cover. It's not the latest model, but for general use it works very well.

I putchased this ipad to replaced my 6th generation ipad, whicg the battery was slowly losing its charge and it was slowing down. There was a night and day difference between the two devices. The 9th generation has 1 more GB of Ram and it starts off at 64gb of memory. I wish Apple would have started it off with 128gb but it is what it is. This ipad has a 10.2 inch screen is is very nice for playing games and watching videos. The speakers on the device are fine. They won't blow you away, but they are good considering this is a budget ipad. The usb c to lightning cable is a little bit of a bummer. I wish they would have adopted USB-C to USB-C but its fine. By the way, it will charge with a regular lightning cable with no problems. I havent tried video editing nor have i tried photo editing, but i do believe this is a capable device. Overall, if you need to replace a device or you need a secondary ipad, this is the one to get.

Bought this for my teen daughter. Very thin, takes good pictures. Nice size. Good value. Good speed and can watch movies on. Apple products have always been a good investment. When we have had any issues, they take care of on the spot at the Apple Store.

This is my 3rd Ipad and my wife’s 2nd. As far as I concerned the Ipad for a tablet is the only way to go. So easy to operate and rock solid for a tablet. My old one still works but unfortunately 32 Gigs was just not enough for me to keep it functioning properly. I will still use my old Ipad for a second screen and a back up to take places that could damage my new one. Lots of times my Iphone is too small to display info next to my Zoom session so now I can run it on my old Ipad. My old one is a 9.7 inch and this one is a 10.2 inch. I purchased the Zagg keyboard to go with this one and I use a Logi Tech one on the 9.7 inch Ipad. The Zagg magnetic cover is great but the way I use it makes the Ipad less secure when in the open position. The magnet fails to hold it securely. I may put velcro on it. All in all, you can’t go wrong with this Ipad. It does everything I need and more. I purchased the UOGIC Electronic Pencil for $19 to use with the Ipad and it worked right away.

This is a nice product and a good price from Best Buy. Packaged very nicely like all Apple products and easy to set up and get going. For best results, I'd recommend you plug in overnight or at least for 6-12 hours to start off with a full charge.

I'm not an apple fan, but bought this for my mother to replace her dinosaur of a tablet. I have to say, this is a great value for an amazing tablet. Ipads are finally a little more accessible. The screen is vivid, the sound quality is far above other tablets, and the battery life won't leave you hoping you remembered to pack the charger. If you are looking for solid tablet with above average performance, consider this. Many people buy a tablet with way more power than they need, wasting cash. This tablet gives you plenty of power to play with, and doesn't require you to sell your house to afford it. For the first time ever, I have to say good job Apple.

very nice ipad simple to use very fast weight is nice

This is my third iPad and they just keep getting better. If you are not trying to replace a laptop then this is the right device. For reading, browsing, email, and game play as well as media viewing this is a great choice. Great screen, good battery life, thin and light weight. If you are immersed in the Apple iOS world then get one of these low cost iPads to add to your entertainment and scrolling pleasure!

This has been a great iPad so far! It was an upgrade from an old 2016 iPad and you can sure tell. This one is much faster, has all day battery life, and whiles it’s not the cheapest tablet it’s a great value for what you get!
