    Easy to transfer data from old iPad. Easy to use. Ports wear out at about 2 yrs and can no longer charge. So I have to get a new one about every 2 years.

    I viewed this iPad on the Best Buy website before heading to the store as there is one close to my house. I was assisted within a reasonable amount of time and the salesperson was able to answer the few questions I had about the function of the iPad. The cost was comparable and actually better than a local competitor. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
