I feel like I got a great deal on this iPad. It was on sale for a considerably reduced price because there's a new model. I paid the same price I'd paid for my last one 4 years ago, and this one has a larger screen and twice the storage as the old one.

I bought this I-Pad for my 11 yr-old twins and they love them! A perfect step up from the starter tablets they had before, and not that expensive for an Apple product. They love the size, longer battery life and fact that it doesn't lag when they are playing games.

As of right now I love this product but I haven’t been able to use it much in the 2 days I have had it. For the first time ever though I was disappointed in the service of the Geek Squad. I arrived early for my appointment and the lady that started helping me seemed quite capable. In a few minutes her appointment showed up that was on the schedule ahead of me so she had to stop to help her. That was understandable as she had the appointment ahead of me. She passed me over to a gentleman from the back and he didn’t seem to know how to transfer info over from one iPad to another. She seemed to give him a quick explanation and he started doing the transfer. He told me to walk around the store and he would let me know when it was ready. After quite some time, I came back to check on it and he said it was complete. I checked my contacts and they seemed to be there. I asked if he got everything and he said yes. When I went home and tried to use it I couldn’t because it was asking for my password but had my husbands email address in it. Furthermore not one email was there. I had to wait on hold for an hour to get to talk to someone from apple. We spent another hour and a half fixing things so that I could use it. My appointment with the Geek Squad was to transfer my info from my old iPad and set the new one up. That didn’t happen.

Best IPad for most people. Very fast and long lasting battery. Great screen with good colors. Charges fairly quickly and can get any case you want since everyone makes cases for Apple. Highly recommended.

Perfect for day to day use, perfect size and super light but powerful device

As a family, we have all owned an Apple Products. Our son need a note pad for his college classes. So we bought him the 9th Gen iPad with the Apple Pencil. He loves it! He says it is so much better than any of his classmates Chromebooks. He loves how iPad can transfer his information from iPad to his MacBook via airdrop or via cloud so easily. Once again Apple’s products and software are head and shoulders above what Google or Microsoft offers.

So far so good. She only opened on Christmas, so we shall see. It was an awesome price.

Excellent product, large and sharp screen. Aps are open with no issues no freeze or glitch. Will buy again ,probably with 256 GB.

Love it. Great display. Runs flawlessly. No lag. This is my first Apple product, so im still getting used to the operating system. I would definitely purchase it again. Ive used it a ton. Battery life is great. Movies/shows look great. I strapped an otterbox defender case on it to protect it, so it should be good.

Works great .Camera is excellent. Everything loaded quickly from my older iPad mini.I love it.❤️Also purchased a beautiful case from Best Buy.

I purchased this to replace my iPad mini that couldn’t be updated anymore. This out performs my old one. Faster and picture quality is great. It does everything I need it to do plus more. I even use it to watch my Apple series shows and movies while in-the kitchen.

My daughter was given this iPad for Christmas. It's fast, has a beautiful screen, and the price was very good.

Excellent product, perfect size, ease of use and operation

Easy trade in and use of gift card to get the 9th gen. The 9th gen is much cheaper and performs fast enough for most tasks. No need to get the 10th gen. Also lots of cheap accessories for 9th gen, still can use my lightning and plug in ear phones.

Really great iPad. Updated, easy to use and to carry around with me. Love it. Was at a great price too, couldn’t beat it.

Typically not an Apple person but for the price not a bad product. Easy to use and descent memory and processor. Camera not the greatest but don't expect much from a tablet.

Sadly I my old 2017 iPad has gone as far as it could, I had it for about 7 years and have memories with that 1 but with this bigger and upgraded iPad I can’t wait to start drawing and get back to work. It’s incredible and I’m Happy to have it.

It is amazing. It is fast and suits my day to day work. Battery backup is good. The display screen is smooth.
