The 64GB base model is much more usable than the older generations 32GB. This iPad and an Apple Arcade subscription is something he'll use on a regular basis, unlike his other, basically disposable toys.

I'm so glad I decided to switch--it's easy to use and the size makes it more comfortable to read. Best Buy is a great store.

I will always buy apple at Best Buy!

I could have purchased it from Apple, but I avoided the long lines. I ordered online and picked it up from the store. I am a total tech member and that means my apple care was free with my purchase. Not only that, I can bring it to Best Buy if something is wrong and they may be able to fix it or replace it. As a Best Buy total tech member the extended warranties on my items makes my purchases from Best Buy so much more worth it. I use my iPad with the confidence of knowing I purchased the best quality at the best price.

A good upgrade from the 2015 ipad i bought.

Definetly faster than the ipad I bought my parents back in 2015. Wish apple simplifies the setting up of Apple ID a little more straight forward. Apple makes it harder for older people that forget their passwords all the time. Would be nice to be able to easily transfer pictures from ones ipad to a PC without using itunes or icloud. Would also love it if apple switched to using USB C like everyone else.

Much better battery life and MUCH better display quality. Add surprise was a slightly better display size.
