Love this iPad. I was trying to decide between this and the more expensive one. Glad I chose this model. Easy to use and it does everything I need it to do.

Does what I want. Easy to setup and use. Needed to replace a broken one. The fact i have service plan helps

I bought a refurbished 10.2-inch 64gb version. I loved the first one I had and used it until it was no longer supported by Apple. Was excited to get a new one, was OK w/second hand version, but two things: I found I did not use it as much as I though I would and it was a bit glitchy - the space bar wouldn't work properly on texts, and a few other things. Also, even though both iPhone and iPad are synched and using Wi-Fi, the iPad never gets all the texts, all the calls, etc., that came through on my phone. It's annoying. Also, if I delete texts on my phone, they don't ever delete from the iPad. Deleting texts on the iPad is also cumbersome - hard to see no matter which way I have the screen.

This is the second iPad, that I have purchased. This model doubled the storage of the prior one. It also has a little larger screen size. I am very happy with this model.

I purchased 2-iPad generation nine I was happy. They were brand new out of the box and not refurbished for Christmas gift to my grandkids. They were very excited and happy. I was going to purchase it through Apple but when I saw Best Buy was a little bit less expensive. Great iPad. Performs well. Travels well. It has allowed me to travel without having to schlep a laptop and it meets all my needs for work, volunteer efforts, personal files and correspondence, and surfing fun.

I had originally purchased a Samsung Galaxy tablet for my child for Christmas, which stopped working the very next day. I ended up returning it and purchased this iPad instead. We’ve had no issues with this iPad. Satisfied customer.
