Apple always makes a solid product. Migrating from our old iPad to the new one was seamless. Other than now being able to get security updates, performance seems about the same.

I purchased a 9th generation iPad from Best Buy. The price was in line with the Internet discounters, but I could buy it locally, see the product, and not worry about the condition of the iPad when I got it home. Sure, I buy many things on line, but when I can pick up my tech from my local Best Buy, I prefer to eliminate the headaches associated with mailorder from unknown vendors.
