It was somewhat cheaper because it was “last generation.” As I don’t use my IPad for complicated tasks, this was a clear advantage.

They look great and run much faster than my ipad air 2nd generation. However, the picture quality is not as good as ipad air 2. One of them had issues with charging port about 4 months after I purchased. Apple could not fix it. So It gave me a refurbished replacement.
