    Dealt with Kirby over the phone. I called from Alabama to Ft. Myers , confirming a product in their inventory. I set it up with Kirby, so my son could come in the next day and pick up.     It’s a good entry to having an iPad. It’s smooth and the battery last a good while. I mainly use this for streaming shows and moves and digital artwork / note taking so paring it with an Apple Pencil is a good choice.

    Bought as a gift for Christmas, Great replacement for older ipad 4th gen, they love it. To new to rate battery life but if it holds up like the previous (still going strong but can no longer update) durability is great.

    It is Apple product, obviously good, and as this model is getting outdated, it was on sale, so bought it. But I also bought an Android tab, comparatively this is faster, but both are win win, the plus for Android tab is, it has provision for external storage using microSD.

    Excellent Apple product but as usual I pad and I phone base memory never goes above 5 GB and no option to save files directly on extra built in memory, you have to do it manually, high tech product with outrageous outdated options
