    The pickup process was extremely easy. My order was ready for pickup within 10 minutes and brought out to my car within 5 minutes of my arrival. I haven’t opened the iPads just yet but have previously purchased one from Best Buy and have had no issues with it. Thank you

    This is my 3rd ipad that I’ve purchased. One for each of my 3 granddaughters. It surpasses any expectations I’ve had and is durable to withstand the hands of toddlers along with a good case and screen protector.

    Great iPad but I would never recommend the 64GB model if you are looking to download more than two games. Spend more $$$ for the 256GB model.

    I would highly recommend this iPad, however, it was a nightmare trying to get the trade-in money put towards the purchase of the new one! I waited 2+ hours to get the issue resolved. The seat was so uncomfortable and the whole thing stressed me out. In the end, I got a low price. One young clerk told me that I needed to pay $750 for a new one! I’m glad my son is a genius!
