    Actually trying to buy it wasn't the easiest thing (thanks supply chain and staffing challenges), but it is nice to have an updated iPad to replace my 8-year-old iPad Air. The process of transferring my data couldn't have been easier. The fingerprint id is pretty slick, and the new operating system is pretty good too. There were many apps I had to offload because the latest updates wouldn't work with the outdated operating system. It's nice to be able to use those again. And, did I mention the resolution of the screen? Very nice. I guess Apple made lots of improvements in 8 years.

    This iPad does more than I thought it would (even works with Amazon to read Kindle books). It was easy to set up, the price seemed reasonable and it arrived quickly.
