    Everything works as it should. However, there was an issue getting the new iPad started up. It would not download the current iOS version. Had to call an Apple hotline to figure everything out and the iPad was still unable to download. The said that it needed to be connected to a Mac or PC to force the download into it. Otherwise we needed to take it to the nearest Apple Store or certified Apple retailer. I kind of expected it to have the newest version downloaded upon start up. The reason it wouldn’t download, from what the Apple IT guy said, is because our iPhones were running the newest iOS versions and it could not convert. Other than that, the iPad works great.

    The iPad is a solid device and was perfect for my daughter. The challenge is just getting everything set up because Apple does not make it easy to create an account for a child. That is a minor. Once you get past that and set up the account, the device works perfect

    This is a great product with a wonderful, sharp display. I found out that to maximize the features I would have to use an iPhone which I don't want to do. The man who helped me at Best Buy was exceptionally helpful and kind. I am a senior who needed extra help and recommendations.
