    The ipad works well. I bought a defender pro box to protect it. I had an ipad in past and it stopped working. So got a new one to replace it.

    This is still a great iPad, despite being the older model. Display, touchscreen, haptics, and capabilities, pretty much identical, to the current generation. Form factor, essentially identical, except for the touch button and slightly smaller display. However, given the price and the reliability of Apple products and iOS, I highly recommend.
