This is a Xmas gift, so only got to set it up, so we could be sure it was okay before exchange date expired. I can’t wait to start using it. I have an iPhone as well and love the products. This was very easy to set up and I love the size and the price was great. The service was great also.

Very nice ipad, 9th generation so it's not a new model, but has a good processor and enough storage space. This is not a high-end model. The screen is quite good as is usually the case for apple devices. Would recommend.

This is great! I work in tech always need to take notes. Make presentations. Have team meetings. And this is the all around fast, and light product to get the job done. Overjoyed here. Oh yeah! Not to mention it’s great for Netflix too!

So far, the product has been good. My aunt has had no issues with it. The only reason I give this 4 stars is not because of the product, but because of the service. One of the staff members that spoke to my older aunt tried to tell her that it would be pointless to get this iPad because it will not update after this year and then tried to sell her a more expensive one. I spoke to another Best Buy employee at another store and I was told that that was inaccurate information. Other than that member trying to con a senior citizen, we are happy with the product.

This 9th gen iPad is the perfect balance between old enough to be affordable and new enough to still be relevant. The 64GB base model is much more usable than the older generations 32GB. This iPad and an Apple Arcade subscription is something he'll use on a regular basis, unlike his other, basically disposable toys.

This is a phenomenal iPad. I was lucky enough to grab one for my son while it was still in stock. I love how the base model starts with 64GB at the same price point that previous 32GB ipad models released at. It's battery life is amazing as well. Highly recommended!

By far a great every day tablet. My wife and I use it daily. does everything we want from taking notes and creating art to checking in on all our major apps.

I had an older generation iPad, and it was still functional, but I wanted something newer with the new bells and whistles. I only use it when traveling and it works great. The speed was much more than my older unit and the price was a steal.

Only had it for a month and loving it more and more everyday. It’s worth every cent. Big screen and good battery life. I made the right affordable purchase when I bought this.

Great for my teen who ises it mostly for gaming amd watching shows. Just like most apple products, it is good quality. After a year of use, still works like new.

I almost exclusively use this as a drawing tablet that’s really easy to transport with me. I haven’t run into any problems and it was easy to set up. The only thing I could see people running into is the storage space. Since I only use it to draw, I don’t have many apps and plan on transferring some files I’ve finished over to my computer in order to keep space free so I’m not running into much of a problem. But I can see the storage possibly filling up fast if you use a lot of apps and don’t transfer files.

I bought this iPad for my dad. I have the same one, and it’s the best thing ever. It works great, the battery lasts, and it has the perfect size so it’s easy to carry and take it anywhere.

Excellent device for taking notes in school or drawing when bored. Operates smoothly and is a more affordable option when compared to the IPad Air.
