Purchased to complement Iphone, i.e., keyboard and larger screen. Added a logitech rugged folio for protection, viewing positions, keyboard, etc. Sales person at Best Buy was helpful in reducing choices to a device that is adequate for general use.

I love my Apple devices and having this iPad makes it so much easier to do more while I have my computer or phone around working.

It works perfectly out of the box as most Apple products. Very easy to set up. And because it is an older model, still with the new screen and processor, it is at huge discount.

Best Buy in Oswego is one on a short list of stores whose products that I buy are of high quality, and work great without any problems; this iPad lives up to that. What I really like about buying expensive gadgets from a well-known retail store like Best Buy is the 100% confidence that the products are indeed new, and no shady business is invovled such as getting a used product repackaged as new... or from some unknown 3rd party e-commerce company fufilling orders for online retailers delivering slightly different products vs in-store purchases. Ex: I ordered an Apple charger from Walgreens because it could be delivered in 2 hours... but I noticed it was made in India, instead of China like all the official Apple chargers at walk-in stores. (Made in India official Apple branded chargers are well known to overheat, and die prematurely.) I drove to the actual store the following day to exchange it for a Made in China charger. That stuff never happens at a retail store like Best Buy. The battery life is a little disappointing... but no fault of Best Buy's. Also, it might need time to work itself out... as can occur on any new mobile device.

This tablet has exceeded my expectations in many ways. Its lightweight, has a clear and broght screen, and is easily connected to my iphone and its internet connection.

Does exactly as it’s suppose to ! You know when it comes to the price you cannot beat it! Now it’s not as responsive as the pro models however it’s a fraction of the cost and really when it comes to tablets nothing beats the iPad!

This iPad was an affordable entrance to the tablet space for my wife, who loves it so far. It's reliable, fairly easy to use, and has great battery life.

This Gen 9 version is a vast improvement over my Gen 6 iPad. I no longer run out of storage space and its faster and has a lot of the features I only had on a newer phone. Delivery was fast, price was the best available, and set up was easy. A win!

I had an iPad 5th generation and decided to upgrade. The difference in size may not seem too big in paper but it’s very noticeable when you use the device. It’s incredibly fast as well. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Its an important product i consider good price and good capacitie the People prefer 256g but 64 its fine and its a good option and price

The wife uses her IPad daily to check what is going on in Facebook, and to check email. Occasionally she is on YouTube. She has dementia and this has been a godsend for her. At Bestbuy, our sales associate was extremely helpful and attentive. We told him what we wanted it for and he told us that it would serve our purpose and didn’t try to talk us into purchasing one that was capable of doing more than we needed. This is why I always go to Bestbuy for my electronics.

Excellent design, easy to sync... my 5th gen Ipad finally went kaput. I needed to replace fast and this was the answer. Like the lightweight, thin, design. Fast processor and plenty of storage for my needs. Easy to sync old with Icloud backup.

This is about the 6th iPad I've owned. No complaints so far. Easy to set up, performance is good for what I use it for. Price is fair. I seem to get about 5 years out of them before battery or CPU performance suffers to the point of needing to replace.

This is a great device for a great price!. The iPad 9th generation has everything you could want in a device. For $250 this provides great performance, especially for gaming!. I would definitely recommend this as a gift for yourself or a kid that likes playing games, watching videos and music. I have had this iPad for about a month now and my whole family loves it. I also definitely recommend buying from Best Buy as well as they provide amazing customer service!

Great iPad, my son had a 7th gen and it just stopped working out of no where. So we upgraded to this one has more storage and is a lot faster and smoother
