For that kind of money, best processor. Yes maybe outdated pen but for that money absolutely suitable to use as note taking device for school.

My old ipad was slow and would stall. Not anymore. This one is fast and scrolls evenly. Lightweoght and new cover is great.

Fast delivery, despite BestBuy is $10 more expensive than Costco charges. I still like BestBuy's service. No complaint about the product. The iPad doesn't need much review as it has a great screen with powerful enough chip at a very reasonable price.

This is a reliable work horse. Great battery life. I use it for an audio source when I practice instruments, so I like that this model still has the audio jack.

Great tablet: can watch Netflix with no issues. I’ve added case with keyboard and I can write code. And I’ve added an Adobe Art software and can draw also.

I’m really enjoying my new iPad. I like the clarity of the screen. The photos I take are sharp and the extra storage and longer battery life are the main reasons I wanted another iPad. The staff at the Concord NH Best Buy couldn’t of been nicer.

My 5+ year old ipad 5th generation ipad had a failing battlery or I would still be using it now. It would have cost possibly a total of $230 to get a new battery installed… if the screen cracked (which was likely, said the Ubreaki tech.) So, a new ipad 9th gen was on sale for $240, and here we are. ——-> The ipad gen 9 is larger than 5th gen (10.2 “ screen vs 9.7”) … it is also noticeably heavier. I miss the compactness of the ipad 5th gen … heavier when propping it on your lap. The larger screen allows slightly larger fonts so it is easier on the eyes. Still has a Home button, which I understand is to be eliminated by Apple in the future (Grrrr.) I like the additional support for Apple pen, although I use an old Targus stylus just fine. Overall, I am satisfied with the replacement… even if is a bit heavier.

I bought this for my wife for her Birthday. She was always doing everything on her phone. Now she uses her iPad. I owned 10.5 pro for maybe four years now which runs great and this compared very close to that. Pair just fine with Apple Pencil as well.
