Help at a Cost

Before I purchased the iPad I asked if help is available to set up new iPad and download data from old iPad along with connecting my Apple cell phone. I was told to make an appt and there would be help. So I purchased the iPad but the help was ONLY if I purchased a membership.

Not Sure Why?!

Very disappointed that it stopped working correctly right after the 12 month warranty was expired!! It was brand new, not refurbished... Yes, know, I should have purchased the extended warranty.

Great Price

I used multiple forms of payment & couldn't pay online. I had to drag my butt to the BM store & still had a problem w Google for $20 pay cause my phone doesn't support Google pay. BB needs to update online payment abilities to multiple forms of payment. I do not want to be forced to buy BB gift cards.
