    This replaced my old one, probably from the last century. I appreciate the new options and usages on my new one, especially the setup guidelines for my convenience. Best Buy purchase was convenient and easy. Had to return the new cover. Still getting use to the replacement. Thanks to the staff at the local Best Buy.

    Worked well for less than a year. Then the screen went black. It was my sons and he was logged in to it. Best Buy needed him to go to a Remote Desktop and log out of the icloud. My 16 yr old was never able to do this. So we’re stuck with a black ipad.

    Replaced 5th generation with this 9th generation. Faster as expected. Great price will get a 14 generation when available at this rate.

    This is our 2nd 9.7" 9th gen iPad. The first one broke when our toddler casually through it on the ground. We had a cheap cover for it. This time I got an OtterBox for it. Hopefully the iPad will fair better this time. Our 2 boys love it and if makes me happy to find a lot of quality educational programs for it!

    Hopefully it last longer than my 1.5 year old apple ipad purchased from best buy that completely blacked out no screen. I was led to believe that the total tech and apple protection would cover it if anything happens, yet here I am buying a new one a short time later!
