    Our experience with our Best Buy store in Racine as we shopped for and ultimately selected the new I-pad was very pleasant indeed. Katelyn, the knowledgeable and gracious Geek Squad rep who helped us through the process from start to finish, was a joy to work with. Up to this point we have been pleased with all aspects of the device, and the service provided.

    I purchased this item refurbished in store, and it has been my absolute favorite tablet (out of the 5 my family owns). The product was in excellent condition and the employees assisted me in finding the best deal.

    Its the basic model of the Ipad and I got it for my travel abroad. I bought it for $329, and the prices have come down recently. The battery life is average. One drawback of the purchase was I did not get the Apple Music, Apple TV gifts along with it. It's been several months but the email with the 3 months free subscription never came.

    Ordered my new iPad to replace the relic I was using. So many new features and such clarity. Ordered it through Best Buy and it arrived in days. Geek Squad transferred my data - thanks Brandon! Still learning about features I did not have previously using Tips.
