I still have not received the iPad. FedEx lost it (tracking showed it was out for delivery for 12 days), then I called Best Buy to file a claim and hopefully still get an iPad. I told them I did not want delivery, that I would pick it up in store. The agent said that I would hear back from BB in 24 to 48. 72 hours passed and nothing. I called only to be met with "we are still working on your order, youll hear from is 24 to 48 hours. That time passed and nothing. I called back to continued advice to wait more time, meanwhile Christmas is quickly approaching. I then asked for a refund so I could re-purchase the device and GO PICK IT UP IN THE STORE. They advised that it will take three days for the refund. I asked was official notification will i receive indicating that a refund is forthcoming besides the agent's word on the phone...nothing. They notify instantly when its time to take your money, though. I asked for a supervisor. Not one was available, we'll have them call you when theyre available. The window of time indicated has passed, no call. This service has been extremely poor and I am very unhappy with this experience. I'm sorry I downloaded the Best Buy app.

Would rate a 1 but we actually got the product team member had zero priority in customer service he would not talk unless i asked a question im certain if i never askes a question the team member would not of engaged at all other then taking payment Actual product is 5 stars

Good reasonable product for daily usage. Varied color options

Not much different than Ipad 7 generation, in addition to excessive advertisements/ interruption. I bought this tablet for my 4 year old grand son to replace the Ipad 7. Even though it has the same OS, ot doesn't work as good as Ipad 7. It wouldn't keep the browsing history ( it had nothing to do with settings); Just wouldn't work. Not happy with it at all

"Scored" this iPad during the recent Black Friday 2022 sale. Zeroed in on this particular model (to replace an older iPad Air with a failing battery) due to positive reviews from several equipment review sites that indicated this is the "best value" in the iPad line.

Average. I am a ipad pro user so i am definitely not the target audience for this product. Also it is the entry level ipad so that is why i gave it the rating i did.

Bought as a mother's day gift to replace my mother's older iPad. Battery life was almost as bad as the 20byear old one it replaced. Other than that it works good.

Well of course works great. Was easy transfer data from my old one. Battery life is probably about the same as my old one. I always buy a cover for my I pads. So many attractive ones to choose from. If you have never experienced an I pad, you will just love one.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explaining our new iPad and its capabilities! My husband - who went to GA Tech in the 1960's - asked seriously if they sold slide rules. Our young salesman solemnly replied he wasn't familiar with that :)

Battery life is good. The volume is great and much louder than my android tablet. Use mostly for surfing and watching movies. Highly recommended.

I dont know if its me, but it keeps spinning, like it loading. I bought extra cloud storage and it's still spinning. It's to expensive to send it back because i don't live in the U.S.

I purchased the iPads for my nephews for Christmas. The online shopping experience was easy Although I purchased from best busy there were a few months of Apple freebies like Apple Music…having quite a few Apple/beats products, I know the iPads won’t disappoint.

My daughter is very happy with her purchase. She bought it to go with an Apple Pencil. Bit peeved we had to get a new one because the pencil isn’t compatible with the older iPads. But that’s all the Apple products for you, a rip off.

Does everything you need it to do. There’s no change from this the 8th and 7th generation. So if your looking to upgrade not a good idea but if one breaks then yeah get this one

We have had troubles with it freezing and shutting off randomly.

I had problems setting up the iPad and the levittown my best buy was no help Given a choice I will not purchase from Best buy again

Substantially overpriced but it's handy for mundane tasks like web surfing or video chats. Color rendering and graphics are quite good.

Good value on an iPad! If you like the simplicity and intuitiveness open iPad, but also one low price, then this is a great choice!

After a few months of use, the it becomes sluggish, glitches, and freezes.
