Product good, service from BestBuy can improve!

It was somewhat tedious to get the product because there was miscommunication between support agents but I got my product ultimately, albeit after a few more days and I had to pick it up. The iPad is good, Apple delivers quality most of the time and this time was good, too.

Apple IPad and Best Buy Customer Service

I made a claim to have them replace it with a working tablet and they refused. They took my money without my authorization so I would pay double the money for the same product. I do not recommend buying from Best Buy, customer service is very bad.
