The display glass cracked on its own. Apple MUST fix this issue. I’ve heard many people complaining about this problem. Unfortunately for me, my iPad doesn’t have warranty.it’s just less than 2 months old.

You have the worse customer service i have ever had to deal with. Long holds on the phone. Nobody understands or hardley speaks English. When try ing to explain the situation they have no idea what your talking about or what yo do. Then they just disconnect you. Ill never buy anything from Best buy again. I plan to spread the word.

I was searching something to replace my old agenda and have all my things together, this Ipad and the apple pen are the solution.

I got one in 2 years ago and no problem.i have mostly all my phone, I pad,I pod, i speaker, Apple TV. Apple have best products.

Got it for my nephew and he loves it! I got a case for it and he’s dropped it a couple times and it’s still in great condition.

Touch screen stopped working after only a few months. At that point, only recourse was pay for an upgraded tablet. Not ideal for tablet given as a gift.

I think is is the best value of the entire iPad line. It's just fine for surfing and gaming and it still has a headphone jack.

The best, basic product that I could buy for my son. He can definitely go without it because he prefers the outdoors but when he’s into his iPad, it’s a great distraction! The volume and video quality is very good. If the picture quality was better I would give it a 5 star. All in all great use for a toddler.

Brought this for my 1 year old. He loves watching Minions on the device. Of course I purchased a screen protector and ipad case

Overrated, if u already have a phone and a macbook its not necessary

Replacement for a much older model. Really love the technology. My wife uses it constantly. I may need to get another for me.

Best value for new iPad right now. Perfect for my 7 year old who doesn’t need tons of space. Get a good case for children!

Purchased as Christmas gift! I am sure my granddaughter will love it. Apple products always put a smile on anyone’s face!

Another great Apple product. Very good price. Able to trade in my old IPad which made the transition all the more easier.

This new model provides me with the additional gigabits I needed as I outgrew my older 16 gig model. However, I was surprised that the image does not fill the screen of this larger screen more than the previous model with a smaller screen.

So far so good Grandma loves her new IPad playing all her games and connecting with family and friends on social media

I will never buy another Apple product. I tend towards PC and Android and this is the first Apple product in a bit. I am amazed and how the software doe not play well w other systems. I missed the return window due to a personal ussue. After wasting days trying to have it do what I bought it for, i will be giving this away.

Its a ipad ...you know its good .. I myself love android for the hackability compared to apple where you can do nothing.

It came just as advertised. I had it shipped to our home and it was on time and in excellent condition. Very satisfied!
