He was to transfer apps from old iPad. Specific request was NO passwords were needed. When the transfer was complete the new iPad requested for a password which we didn’t // don’t have. We also purchased a $189 service plan. The rep. Explained that there was nothing he could do to make the new iPad work. We would have to deal with Apple to get into the iPad. So now I have a new iPad that doesn’t work, and a $180 service contract that’s worthless.
