    Excellent product, this IPad is All i need for work, I bought it while traveling in a city at Florida’s north and they didn't have it in stock but two days later it was in the other city I visited and was able to pick it up, Best Buy is always the best!

    Very bulky, not handy. Compare to same screen size android tablet this one is much bigger, bulky and not handy. Apple very greedy. You have to pay even for iTranslate off line download. Battery not much better than android tablets. Bought to try something different. This is first and last apple device I purchased.

    DID NOT APPROVE THIS IN STORE PICK UP OR purchase- AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. FORT WAYNE INDIANA BEST BUY STORES ARE COMMITTING FRAUD LEFT AND RIGHT. I don’t even live near here and someone charged an iPad to a stolen cc number, in my name, picked up the iPad , and Best Buy didn’t even ask to see id. I’ve now lost over $300 to Best Buy’s lack of doing their actual job. WORST COMPANY, worst policies, worst management.
