    The computer had a tacky ad of the prior company on the cover. The person who used it before covered the device in strong perfume. Other than that, it works. I might return it if that perfume smell doesn't go away.

    After owning MacBooks and an iMac for the last 22 years, I decided to try an iPad. How hard could it be to learn how to use it? I have to say I don't love it, but it has nothing to do with the iPad; it's just me. I much prefer the MacBook.

    Camera not as good as old one, new case flops over camera eye while taking a picture and covers the volume so it’s hard to turn up and down, very disappointed, have a new great granddaughter and that’s why I wanted it for better camera, not so!

    Dock Connector broke in first month of use and Apple would not cover it. Cost $249 to repair. Might as well buy a new one but don't want to support a company that won't stand behind their product. Best Buy had great customer service and the item arrived earlier than it said it would. Not a Best Buy issue.
