Note Taking and Content Viewing

bad delivery company

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i never got it. i live in a gated community and your delivery company tried to enter through the rear resident gate. when he couldn't and didn't follow the instructions to enter through the main gate, he returned the ipad. when days passed and i didn't receive it, i called best buy over a week ago to redeliver to my business address and still it has not been received.

Good Tablet

Check the size carefully, new shape

I bought this as a replacement for an older iPad and based on the information here I expected it would be the same size. It arrived and I didn't have time to deal with it, I go to open it now, it won't fit in the keyboard folio I have, or anything else I own, it's a totally unique size, and I'm five days past the return date. So apparently I have to spend $150 on a new keyboard. I'm so frustrated I could just scream.

Best Buy state it would arrive Wednesday when I bought it. It showed up the Saturday before. It was stolen off my porch. I called they stated they would resend it. It showed up in my order then they canceled it. No longer will I be a Best Buy customer. They lied to me.
