Don't like Apple

But I have to buy it because of my kids. I had the 7th generation last year, it stopped working for no reason, and when I tried to contact Apple, they said it cost $250 to fix it. Man, it's like buying a new iPad.

I wish the sales associate or some information was available when I purchased it to let me know it was not part of the IPad. I do a lot of traveling and need it when I out of the country and NO cell service is available. George

Frustrated with the lcd cracking

Ordered 2 iPads and got 1

However I ordered 2 - one for each of my children for Christmas. The second iPad never arrived and Best Buy customer service did nothing to help me get another one before Christmas. I spent hours on hold multiple times before I was able to get a refund.

Thanks guys. That is a lot of care for your customers. Literally just put the box in bubble wrap. Disappointed in the lack of care. preparing to return it. Don't want something broken on Christmas.
