No instructions included but I didn’t seem to need them as set up using an iPhone is simple. Unfortunately hipster programers like to have busy multitasking screens but simplification is possible with some investigation. A nice size and no need to have an additional phone line if you’re just using the basics and the internet. In fact I am not sure this model can accept its own line. A case is very helpful for additional heft and protection. The simplicity is exactly what I was looking for.

The product had to be returned because it had a vertical line on the screen. Although BestBuy did issue another IPad but not my personal screen saver. Went into the store to get another after I was promised it and this one guy maybe the Mgr gave me every excuse not to give me another screen saver. It’s the principle and the fact he stood and lied in my face saying the cust svc rep that there was none. Anyways, I called Corporate and hopefully this issue can be remedied. Thank you

I know this is the entry-level Ipad, but I'm perfectly happy with it. It beats my clunky old Android tablet hands down. I had a little awkwardness getting used to IOS instead of Android, but it was easier than I expected. It's really fast, the sound and display are very good, and the battery lasts all day. Incidentally, if you tell Siri to get you some more coffee, he gives you directions to Starbucks.

Was prepared quickly and I was notified via text so that was very convenient considering I don't read my emails regularly. Picking up the order was pretty easy. All you needed was your ID which I liked considering this isn't a cheap item. My boyfriend really enjoyed his (last)minute gift but, he doesn't need to know that.

iPad was fine but was supposed to come with Apple TV. Never came even after calling and getting a confirmation that they would resend.

Wow this ipad does the job! Slim and light and the battery is good for days. I'm very pleased with this Apple 9th generation IPAD.It's very fast in bringing up pages and doing what's its suppose to do. Good buy from Best Buy!!

Great price, works great and was able to get it connected to my Verizon account with a phone call. This my first tablet and recommend getting one it makes life easier. if you are still reading this do not buy at cell phone store will over pay 60 to 100 dollars.

The product has been great. Apple makes the transition to an upgrade seamless. The additional memory and capabilities enhance the user experience. The ease of using the Split View has been helpful during correspondence with a number of sites. In addition, we’re enjoying the larger screen.

Very happy with this iPad. I looked for a long time but they were all so expensive. And so many options. When this came out, it was just perfect for me. I’m a casual user for reading, shopping online, a few games so this one fit the bill. Enough storage space, works with the pen and keyboard if I want to add later, newest version, great price. Checked all the boxes for me.
