    I love Ipads. However the ease of use could be better when using a VPN all the letters are really little even after you try to zoom big they revert back. Also the scrolling is in different directions on different apps.

    Although this model is 2 years old it is over 10 years newer than my previous iPad. Gorgeous graphics and color. It was $60 less at Best Buy than at the Apple Store. Delivery was mediocre at best.

    The iPad itself is probably fine, BUT it came with absolutely no instructions. The problem is much more with Best Buy and how they dealt with it. When I went back , I was told it should have come with some instructions, but I was not given any written Apple instructions ,nor given a new iPAD that came with instructions. The young lady who helped us was OK, but instead of leading us through the part we had trouble with, she quickly set it up herself. That is not much help, because we didn't learn how to do this ourselves. SO, we are not finding the iPad very useful. It's neither a computer nor a phone, so really does need its own set of instructions.
