    Had some trouble setting it up. Not as straight forward as I would have liked, even with computer Apple help. BB techs were very helpful, Ross and Krystal put me on the right track. Thanks to these techs I think I will enjoy my IPAD purchase

    9/10 my daughter love the iPad so that’s the only reason I gave it a 9 kinda mad that the free Apple Music didn’t work and the person who brung the iPad out was rude
