Excellent Product, But Expensive

Salespeople and Geek squad not much help at all.

Not as seamless as the people at Geek squad would have you believe. Still working on getting info into the new unit. The download between the old unit and this unit failed after seemingly working in the beginning each time.

Fine but feels outdated

After doing a ton of research on whether I should buy the 9th or 10th gen model I went with the 9th. I'm disappointed though b/c the interface and loading times feel like when I've used very outdated iPhones. I wasn't able to test either in person before purchasing but I'm going to go test out the 10 and see if the experience is improved.
